Le PCLG est réuni et facilité par l’IIED. L’IIED assure le Secrétariat du Groupe ; il organise et encadre les manifestations et les travaux d’apprentissage en consultation avec le Groupe et il arbitre les discussions et autres échanges d’informations au sein du Groupe.
