National groups

Mitunu, a female of the Mubare gorilla group in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, is one of the few remaining critically endangered mountai
In 2010, at a meeting in Uganda, participants from several African countries decided to establish national groups for PCLG. There are now three national groups located in Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. Their purpose is to create a national network of conservation and development organisations to enhance information sharing and collaboration for better practice, research and policy on people and conservation.
Each national group determines their own priority issues. To learn more about the groups, check out their profiles.
